1. Handcrafted Products & Disclaimers

Meira specializes in premium, artisanal apparel. Due to the traditional craft methods:

• Slight Irregularities: Minor variations in motifs, texture, and colour are a part and parcel of handcrafted products. These are not flaws but markers of genuine artisan craftsmanship that lend unique character to each garment.
• Photographic Differences: Some products and colours tend to look slightly brighter in photos as the camera lens always highlights certain colours more. Real-life items may vary slightly under natural lighting.
• Colour Bleeding: Indigo, hand-blocked, and naturally dyed garments will bleed colour in the initial washes due to the special nature of the dyes. Do not wash alongside any other products. Always hand-wash separately.

2. Ordering & Payment Policy

To keep our boutique affordable, we utilize a direct UPI-based transaction verification system:

• All orders must be paid via UPI using the QR code or deep links provided at checkout.
• You are required to upload a valid screenshot of your transaction proof.
• Your order is placed in a pending state, and stock is reserved for verification.
• The store reserves the right to accept or deny any order if the UPI payment screenshot cannot be validated or the transaction is incomplete.

3. Exchanges & Credit Notes

All purchases are subject to our return and exchange window:

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for size issues, colour variations, or verified manufacturing defects.
• An uncut parcel opening video is strictly mandatory for any exchange request.
• Exchanges are issued via product replacements or 7-day valid store credit notes.
