Important Product Disclaimers
Handcrafted Quality: Slight irregularities in motifs, texture, and colour are a part and parcel of handcrafted products and lend unique character to them. These are not considered manufacturing defects.
Color & Lighting: Some products and colours tend to look slightly brighter in photos as the camera lens always highlights certain colours more. Please allow for minor visual variations.
Washing Care: Do not wash alongside any other products as the product will bleed colour in the initial washes due to the special nature of the artisanal dyes. Hand-wash separately.
Exchange Guidelines
Exchange Within 3 Days
All exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Requests received after this window will not be eligible.
Opening Video Mandatory
A continuous, uncut, and clear opening video of the parcel is strictly required for processing any exchange. The video must show the shipping label clearly before opening.
Valid Exchange Reasons
Exchanges are only accepted on clothes that have a manufacturing defect, colour variation, or size variation.
Exchange Resolution
Approved exchanges will be processed either by providing a credit note (valid for 7 days from issue) or by exchanging the dress for another garment of the same price.
